These terms apply to your use of the SortedTradie website (the "site"). The site is run by SortedTradie, based in Victoria, Australia. You can contact us at [email protected]. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean SortedTradie. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. General information only
The site publishes general information about running a trade business, tools, workwear and hiring tradies. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance or other professional advice, and it does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. You should get advice from a qualified professional about your own circumstances before you act. Our disclaimer forms part of these terms.
2. Accuracy and currency
We research our guides carefully and say when we checked prices and facts. But products, prices, laws and regulator rules change often, and we can make mistakes. The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we don't warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any purpose, or that the site will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, viruses or other harmful code.
3. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and guarantees that would otherwise be implied, and we are not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or any linked website, however it arises, including through negligence.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

We don't control them and we are not responsible for their content, products, prices, availability, privacy practices or conduct.
